Now let me say about the "Foothill of Nandi Hills" means that their most the of sites/villas are located around the foothill of the Nandi Hills. Though I was undecisive between Prashanti Nest and Skandagiri but finally finalized on Skandagiri. Reasons are few that it is just 50 kms from house, 2 kms from the Bangalore-Hyderabad highway, VTU campus is just a stone throw away distance and resort like Discovery Village is nearby and now moreover the Disneyland which is also close to the site.
