Mr. Varadaraju Chandrashekar
Founder & Chairman

He is the backbone of wellnest India Projects Pvt Ltd with 20+ years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality, Education and FMCG Sectors. He is an Engineering Graduate and a second- generation real estate promoter & developer from a family, which has mastered the construction and real estate industry for more than 40 years.

He is a passionate social worker, providing access to basic necessities to the less fortunate, helping them to break out of the cycle of poverty and making a lasting impact to many hundreds of lives. He is also been promoting Indian culture and heritage through publishing over 40 titles and albums in the spiritual and Devotional genre.

Mr.Chandrashekar intends that Wellnest becomes a global player. He pioneered the concept of integrating physical real estate business with Wealth management business in Bangalore region and is in the process of replicating it to PAN India.

Mr. Sriramanan R
Director

He has more than 13 years of experience in the real estate development, Wealth Management and Finance sectors. He has been associated with our Group since 2011.

He is also Partner – Research & Product Advisory, Wellnest Wealth Management Services LLP. He is a certified financial planner and is a MBA (Finance). Prior to taking up this role, he was a Product Specialist in Religare Macquarie handling Karnataka & Tamilnadu. His earlier experiences include a stint as an Investment Counselor handling Karnataka for ABN AMRO bank (Now RBS India), as also Regional Sales Manager (Private Banking) with ICICI Bank for Bangalore.

He has been an integral part of the product team which created model portfolios both on equity as well as debt MFs, which was replicated pan-India in ABNAMRO Bank.

He is passionate about teaching and takes time out to coach CFP aspirants. He has around 13 years of experience in the wealth management domain and has been a keen follower of the capital markets in the last 13 years. He has pivotal role in the growth of the Company. He has been actively involved in all projects of the Company.

Mr. MN. Raghavendra Rao
Director

Mr M N Raghavendra Rao joined M/s SEMAC Private Limited, Bangalore in 1969 with a graduation in Civil Engineering. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering in 1973 securing the first place in the University of Bangalore. Joining M/s. Semac as an Engineer, he rose to become its Director and, subsequently, Joint Managing Director, thus putting in a total continued service of 40 years in one single company. He being one of the Founder Directors of Wellnest is one of the senior most member of the team.

Mr. Zahid Reza
GM - Sales & Marketing

With 15+ years of work experience spanning Telecommunication (Broadband), Media and Real Estate sector have demonstrated the ability to successfully launch new projects and transform them into thriving ventures. His enthusiasm and his ability to empower his sales team to achieve bigger targets act as an excellent motivational factor. His depth of knowledge, strategic sales plans, customer relations and a constant desire to learn more give him a respectable identity in the real estate space.

His attachment towards the Nandi hills region is unprecedented and works as an inspiration for him to contribute towards the growth of North Bengaluru. Mr Zahid Currently driving Sales and Marketing for Wellnest India Projects as GM and is more than confident of Wellenst successfully contributing towards growth and development in North Bangalore.

Mr. Harish Sathya
Legal Head

Harish initially started practice with his father, Mr. P Sathyanarayana, Advocate, providing assistance on property related issues, Harish with his passion to continue practice on real estate and property related matters, was recruited by Mr. Anup S Shah of M/s Anup S Shah Law Firm, an eminent lawyer and advisory on all real estate and property related matters.

With a career stint of four years at K LAW, Harish was instrumental in closing several high-profile transactions Harish was involved in drafting of various types of joint venture and shareholders’ agreements, agreements relating to share acquisition, master services agreements, service provider agreements, development agreements and sales partner agreements, reseller and distributor agreements etc.

As the Legal head of Wellnest, he continues to play a pivotal role by Supporting the function of acquisitions Clearing Litigations, liasoning with government authorities, obtaining Bank approvals for all the projects. He seeks to expand Legal services and scope of operations to tier2 and tier3 cities as he feels the legal systems are not organized in these cities and feels like the future is there.

Mr. Anand Kumar S, AGM
Customer Relations

ANAND KUMAR S (38 years old) a Master in Business Administration started his career in 2005, Over the past decade, he has had a very diverse working background culminating as the General Manager -Operations at WELLNEST’, where he occupied a number of roles in Customer Relationship and Wealth Management.Anand Kumar S has been awarded as the best Employee twice by Royal Bank of Scotland. Since August 2011, Anand Kumar S is associated with WELLNEST’ and has a proven ability in the development of CRM strategy and delivery of operational plans and is Passionate about the importance of customer experience and the value it can create Mr Anand continues to be an integral part of the company and ensures smooth flow of operations at various stages of a purchase. He works very closely with various departments of the organisation in order to assist the customers and their requirements.

Mr Surendra K Rao
Account Manager

Mr Surendra K Rao is one of the oldest members of the Wellnest Family.
His association with Wellnest from the very beginning reflects his commitment and passion towards both, his role as a manager and the company.
With a range of experience in Manufacturing, Service and Real estate space, he has inculcated in himself a strong understanding of business operations across these sectors Having kick-started his career as a senior assistant in Bombay United Industries which focused on R&D, he has grown and built his career by performing various job roles including that of a senior sales manager (Shiva Suspensions Bombay), Floor Manager (Harsha Electronics Shimoga).
Mr Surendra currently heading and managing accounts for Wellnest is determined and confident of the company achieving bigger accolades in the years to come.
